We had the pleasure of photographing Maria & Damian’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. You can tell just by looking at these two how in love they are.Their wedding was gorgeous and had so many fun details!

After the ceremony, we went to the Scout House in Wissahickon Park to get pictures. What an awesome location!

They had a fire pit set up at the reception and provided cigars for the guests.

Loren + Mike’s Wedding

A bit over two years ago, Kerith and I had our wedding reception in Loren’s family’s beautiful back yard. A couple months ago, we shot Loren and Mike’s engagement session in Curtis Arboretum. And last weekend, we had the pleasure of celebrating their marriage with them. The ceremony was at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Doylestown, and the reception was at Rose Bank Winery in Newtown. The even had a roasted pig at the reception (complete with an apple in its mouth) and a Mr. Softee truck! It was a beautiful wedding, and Loren and Mike were an amazing couple! Congrats to you both!!

Jen + Bryan’s Wedding

Jen and Bryan’s wedding was such a blast! We knew after their engagement session that their wedding would be a ton of fun to photograph. I (Kerith) have known Jen since high school, so it was so neat to spend such a special day with a friend who I’ve known for years. They were married at First Presbyterian Church in Germantown and had their reception at the Spring Mill Fire Company in Conshohocken.

Jen and Bryan, congratulations! We are so happy for you! Enjoy the pictures.

Jen’s father performed the homily. There weren’t many dry eyes in the sanctuary. It was so sweet!
Before the reception, we headed to Westminster Seminary to take some group photos. It was incredibly pretty there, but very buggy. Thanks everyone, for putting up with the gnats! P.S.- isn’t Jen’s niece ADORABLE?!?
We love, love, LOVE jumping pictures. Jay & I have a very similar one from our wedding hanging in our living room.

We did a photobooth-type setup where guests could write messages to Jen & Bryan on chalkboards. It was really fun to see what folks wrote. This awesome couple below also taught some swing dance moves during the reception! (Can anyone figure out what this one says? hint: It’s in binary.)

Stanabelle & Mario’s Wedding

Stanabelle and Mario were married in May at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Yeadon, PA. It was raining on and off throughout the day, and since they were hoping to get some outdoor shots of the two of them in Center City before the reception, we were keeping our fingers crossed for good weather. As luck would have it, we got a few minutes of clear skies and perfect lighting!

Their reception was at the beautiful Artesano Iron Works Gallery in Manayunk. Artesano is housed in an old brick building just off of Main Street, and the walls are decorated with wrought iron artworks. The candlelit reception was absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time working with this wonderful couple. Congrats to you both!!

Cindy & Kevin’s Wedding

Kerith and I have been friends with Cindy since college and were both bummed when she announced that she would be moving to North Carolina. Once we met Kevin, however, we understood why she was leaving. They are a perfect match for each other. And so we were very excited when they asked us to photograph their wedding at the Highgrove Estate in Fuquay-Varina, NC. It was a gorgeous April day and an absolutely beautiful wedding. Congrats to you both!!

Lauren & Derek’s Wedding

Lauren and Derek were married in November at St. Helena’s Church in Philadelphia, and their reception was held at the Radisson in Trevose, PA. Lauren and Derek were such a fun couple to spend the day with, and their wedding was full of little unique touches that made my job much more fun! We are very happy for you both!

Kaylena & Tim’s Wedding

Kaylena and Tim were high school sweethearts and have known each other since elementary school. They were married in Quakertown in October and had a beautiful ceremony. Kaylena may have smiled during the ceremony more than any bride I’ve ever seen, and you could tell that they were both thrilled to be married. We were glad to be a part of this wonderful wedding, and we wish you both the best!

Yes, the groomsmen (and groom) played some football just before the wedding.

Married: Jeanny & Abe

Jeanny & Abe were married on a gorgeous September afternoon. I always get a little nervous for outdoor weddings, but no worries here! The ceremony was at the Independence Seaport Museum, and the reception followed at the awesome boat-turned-restaurant Moshulu. That was very fitting, seeing as both the bride & groom serve in the Navy. The day was filled with laughs and lots of love. Jeanny put so many personal touches on her wedding and made a lot of the decorations. Love it! Congrats, you two!

Cheryl & Skye’s Wedding

Emily & Shaun’s Wedding

We go to church with Emily & Shaun at Renewal Presbyterian Church in West Philadelphia, and we shot their engagement session in June. They were married on July 24 at Renewal Presbyterian and had their reception at Bistro St. Tropez, in Center City. I had a lot of fun shooting their wedding (unfortunately I was shooting alone this time though, as Kerith was unavailable), and we even got to finish up the day with a mini-shoot at Woodland Cemetery in West Philly, which has been one of Kerith’s and my favorite spots since we started dating. It was a beautiful day, and we are very happy for you both!
