Janine & Caleb are Getting Married!

I met Janine my freshman year. We didn’t meet until 2nd semester and once that happened, we wondered why it had taken us so long to become friends! I lived with her during a very fun and eventful year after college. Janine & Caleb are an amazing couple and you can tell just by looking at them how madly in love they are with each other. They’re getting married on February 6th!! She was a bridesmaid in our wedding and I’m going to be one in hers. We shot their engagement shoot back in October when Janine was visiting from Canada. This was our second photo shoot ever, and it’s taken us forever and a day to get them posted. Janine & Caleb are going to be sticking around in West Philly for a little bit, which makes me & Jay so happy. These were shot at Clark Park. We had a lot of fun traipsing about with them and we hope that you enjoy the photos!

Anne-Cara & Matt's Engagement

Kerith and I went to college with Matt & Anne-Cara and have known them for the past five years. When we were just in the beginning stages of the photography business, they were the first couple to contact us and the first to book us for their wedding (which is May 8). Their engagement session was the first weekend of November at a park in Lower Merion. It was a beautiful, though chilly morning, but the cold was helpful in keeping Kerith awake since she was coming straight off of working a night shift.

Lauren & Mark's Engagement Session

Last month we got to shoot an engagement session for Lauren and Mark at the amazing Bryn Athyn Cathedral. They are a beautiful couple, and we are excited to be photographing their wedding on January 1! They were very adventuresome and were willing to climb trees, jump off walls, and run down hills! It was a gorgeous day, and we got some great shots, even after we got bounced off the property!

We were so lucky to have an AMAZING day to enjoy.

Jeremy & Rebecca's Engagement Session

We recently shot Jeremy & Rebecca’s engagement session at Headhouse Square in Society Hill. It was our first shoot together as a couple and as officially Overjoyed Photography! We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to their wedding in March! Enjoy the photos:
